Designer
Requirements:
Experience:
• 2-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality graphic content, including logos, illustrations, infographics, and social media content.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Familiarity with digital product design and layout tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar platforms).
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
Portfolio:
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including branding, digital products, and promotional designs.
Creativity and Strategy:
• Strong ability to conceptualize and pitch innovative design ideas.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for digital marketing and brand consistency.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with copywriters, clients, and team members.
• Experience working closely with project leads, clients, or other stakeholders to meet requirements and deadlines.
Project Management:
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Experience creating and adhering to timelines and budgets for deliverables.
Personal Qualities:
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and brand consistency.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to guide junior team members when needed.
Core Duties:
Present product design ideas
Design graphic content, illustrations, logos, infographics, and other designs to meet specific promotional and commercial needs
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Work with copywriters and design director to produce final designs
Create Monthly Digital Products
Generate fresh concepts and creatively seek out new projects.
Determine how images and text work to fit a specific layout and size
Ensure brand consistency throughout various design projects.
Create content for assigned social media profiles
Working closely with project leads to provide accurate and detailed timelines for projects
Submit deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials based on company guidelines
Attend assigned meetings
Communicate with clients about layouts and design
Supplemental Duties:
Complete design tasks as assigned by Design Director
Guide other team members in basic design and best practices
Provide assistance with marketing endeavors
Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing needs
Identify new product improvement opportunities
